proximity to Disney, clean modern rooms, nearby sports complex
Miscommunication about parking is frustrating!!! Noise from nearby activities could disrupt your stay!!! Limited options for dining within the hotel leave much to be desired.

Location: the hotel was short walk to nice food places in the vicinity, lovely surroundings and ability for beautiful walks in the neighborhood close to the river, the center of Paris and Disney land and the railway station.

A lovely escape with some quirks. The room I had, a Standard Queen Room, was comfortable and clean, with an amazing shower that felt luxurious. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping me cool during the hot weather. Staff members were friendly and accommodating, especially when I mistakenly left some belongings behind. They quickly arranged to have them sent to me. The location is nice for a stroll along the river, and the nearby Fred Patisserie offered amazing pastries. I did encounter some issues. I had to wait quite a while in the lobby upon arrival as no staff were present. The hotel is a bit distant from the RER station, which isn't ideal after a long day of exploring. While the breakfast was decent, I found the vegan options limited.

I was overcharged and paid a lot more that was quoted. The breakfast was very poor and most of the items promoted were not available. The other users of the breakfast services were very rude and upset our daughters.

English speaking front desk attendants
The elevator broke down 3 times in the 3 days I was there. Once while I was on it.. The room doors do not shut unless you slam them shut and even then you need to still check and the air conditioning is a joke.

The stay was awesome with a spacious, well-kept room and fantastic breakfast that kept the whole family fueled for our adventures. Enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and took advantage of the free bowling as guests, which was a fun bonus. The only downside was that the pillows could've used a bit more fluff, but that didn’t stop us from having a blast! 😊

The family room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful and able to guide us to the nearest rer station to travel to Paris. The surrounding area is very green and we enjoyed visiting the local shopping precinct.

Just a good pick for a stopover in Nogent-sur-Marne with extraordinarily good value for money. The efficient air-conditioning in the room kept me comfortable despite the summer heat. Consider arriving early to secure parking, as it's first-come, first-served.

Location besides the Marne river, nice place to walk, close to city center and RER. Clean. Easy to reach from CdG & Orly.
Hall too dark.

Room was not in a good state of decoration - wallpaper peeling from the walls, black mould in the shower.

No staff after 11.30 pm, locked out of hotel, not happy. Average at best, find somewhere else.
